Hello and Thank You for visiting our website! My name is Chanel and I am the owner of Ficus and Fir Co.  We are a residential Deep Cleaning Service based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
With previous experience in real estate I saw the huge demand for reliable, trustworthy, and down right good cleaning services to help realtors and their clients who are in the process of buying, selling, or moving.  Since starting our business in 2020 I have also been overwhelmed with the demand to help every day families with cleaning of those harder areas – think fans, light fixtures, baseboards, fridge, oven, grout, and so on.  Our business has developed and grown into us offering Deep Cleanings including One Time and up to Quarterly.  We aren’t afraid to work or get dirty to help you get your home clean. 
During each job we strive to go above and beyond to ensure we exceed our client’s expectations. We take pride in our business and value our client’s feedback. We personalize each of our jobs based on our client’s needs and are happy to accommodate any special requests. Our pricing is determined by the condition of the home and the square footage/size of the area to be cleaned.
