We found Mark through his YouTube channel as we were researching the Pittsburgh area and preparing for our cross-country move. His library of resources and responsiveness to questions solidified that he was the realtor for us. Mark did a great job providing insight on schools and neighborhoods that would work best for our family. He graciously facetimed us through house tours and let my parents tag along in person and ask question after question. During tours, he would point out concerns or bring up valuable things to keep in mind. He coached us and kept us on track throughout the home buying process.

A little detail that really stuck with me was on our closing day he brought a printed copy of our ID's. While the sellers fumbled around getting their IDs, I thought about how this small gesture was a great example of the service Mark provides. If you are worried at all about choosing the right realtor - you truly can't go wrong with Mark.
