Mark Giese

Mark has been fantastic. He first helped us find a rental in July 2022, when we were moving from South Africa to Pittsburgh. We found him through his YouTube channel (lots of extremely useful content there, you must check them out). He went out of his way to do video calls to show us many options. We found a house without having seen it in person. Mark did a great job of opening every drawer and closet and even gave us a comment of the scent (or odor in some cases :)) of the house - aspects that we were not able to tell remotely. He is thorough and gave us comfort and direction.

10 months later, Mark has helped us in buying a house. He is always available to answer questions, take us to viewings, give opinions and generally reduce the stress. His calm, positive and happy nature made it a great experience.

Do not hesitate in using Mark, he is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We can highly recommend him and will for sure use Mark again in the future.
